Returns, Refunds and Exchanges
Returns
Our standard policy for returns is 14 days for any product purchased from us provided the item is unused, in its original condition (including the tags) and accompanied by receipt. We will offer a full refund or an exchange as long as our returning terms and conditions are met. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Delivery charges are payable by customer if the full order is returned
Exchanges
We are happy to exchange any products purchased from us within 28 days as long as they are unused, in their original condition and packaging. A proof of purchase is required.
Refunds
Refunds are only processed after we receive the product. Once received, our experts will check the product and process the refund. Please be aware that refunds can take from 7 to 14 days.
Returning Faulty Items
